BOMBANANA! Bomb Modules
Every bomb in BOMBANANA! is made of modules: small puzzles that the Mute Monkey looks up in the manual, the Deaf Monkey describes, and the Blind Monkey solves by touch.
What’s officially confirmed
Section titled “What’s officially confirmed”- The full game launched with 14 new puzzle modules: 11 standard modules and 3 CHAOS modules, which the developer says are designed to keep the Blind Monkey busy. (Steam announcement, August 29, 2026)
- Later campaign levels add more modules per bomb, plus hazards like power outages and loud noises. (Steam announcement)
- The manual has one page per module explaining the rule.
Cable Module
Section titled “Cable Module”According to the in-game manual page shown in the official screenshot above, you cut one cable, and which one depends on how many cables are connected and the color of the active light (red, yellow, green or blue). The manual has a lookup table for each cable count.
How to call it:
- Deaf Monkey: say how many cables there are and which light is on: “Four cables, green light.”
- Mute Monkey: find the matching cell in the manual and signal the cable position.
- Blind Monkey: count cables from the left and cut the one called.
Other modules
Section titled “Other modules”Fan sites list many module names and rules that disagree with each other, often based on the June demo. We only publish a module here once we can confirm it from the official manual or developer posts. If you’ve played the full game, share what you know in the community tips below.
